K-1 Yoga Dance

SINCE I started introducing yoga movements and breathing to my K-1 class a few months ago, I was amazed how ready they were for this. Now everytime I turn around, children are sitting in yoga postures on the carpet to calm themselves down and then have fun at the same time in animal poses.


When creating yoga dances with my students, I allow them to guide me with their natural ability of movement and their beautiful creative energy. The results are incredible. Some of my parents are asking to continue this nice work at home and THUS I am thrilled to share the gift of yoga with all children of the world.

I BOW to all with LOVE...

TODAY I am sharing a powerful invocation of LOVE with all beautiful goddesses I met... They all know who they are (some came from all over the world and ended up in Niger, some I left back in Ohio).

...and right now, in a magical village of Yellow Springs, in Ohio, in a HEALING HOUSE with a bright blue door, there lives a BEAUTIFUL MOTHER who shares her heart with the world in ways unspoken...

Laurie, I love you so much... The Goddess Haven you created around your life is a divine gift to all women.

TODAY is the day to celebrate all forms of divine mother love and all mother qualities within and without us... LET US BE GRATEFUL for this GRACE and ENDLESS Love in our lives...

"I AM aware of my presence in the world,

and I know I AM One with all Life.

I gently remove my attention from the outer world,

and I reverently enter the Divinity of my Heart.

I breathe in deeply, and on the Holy Breath

I ascend in consciousness into the Heart

of my Father-Mother God.

Instantly, I AM enveloped in the embrace

of my Mother God’s unfathomable

Transfiguring Divine Love.

I hear the melodious tones, and I absorb the celestial fragrance of my Mother’s Divine Love. Suddenly, I feel myself soaring into higher frequencies of Love than I have ever known. I pierce into the core of purity within the Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love, and the splendor of this Sacred Fire permeates my Being.

I AM experiencing a Love and Reverence for Life beyond anything I ever dreamed possible. Divine Wisdom is awakening within my Heart, and in a flash of enlightenment I know, and fully understand, how I AM to convey this Reverence for ALL Life to the mass consciousness of Humanity.

This realization is seared into my conscious mind and will now be tangibly available to me whenever I need to recall this sacred knowledge in my service to Humanity and all Life. In deep humility and gratitude, I accept the opportunities that are being presented to me within the Heart of God, and I volunteer to be an Instrument of God for this Transfiguring Divine Love.

Through my I AM Presence, I consecrate my life to be the Open Door through which the full spectrum of the Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love will now flow to bless all life on Earth. For a sublime moment, I assimilate this experience as I breathe in and breathe out, slowly and rhythmically. With each inbreath, I ascend higher and higher into the multifaceted, celestial frequencies of my Mother God’s Transfiguring Divine Love. And with every outbreath, I breathe this Sacred Fire forth to consecrate all life evolving on Earth.

As each Human Being evolving on Earth is consecrated with the full potential of the Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love, their I AM Presence activates specific genetic codings within their RNA/DNA structures. These codings contain the Immaculate Concept of each person’s Divine Plan. This activity of Light empowers every Beloved Son and Daughter of God to fulfill his or her Divine Purpose and reason for being.

Through this activation, the mind and emotions of every person are purified and realigned with the Harmony of their true Being. This purification paves the way for the conscious mind and the super-conscious mind within each individual to merge and become One. In this state of
at-one-ment, each person’s I AM Presence comes to the forefront and takes dominion of their life. As this occurs, the life, body, mind and soul of each person is quickened and lifted into a state of enlightenment that clears the way for the fulfillment of the Divine Plan and the manifestation of the New Earth.

Why MIRADOR?

"Mirador" means "watchtower" in French.

As I was walking in the African untainted landscape at Park W, I found myself among a diversity of people... Soon I saw a sign by the river called "Mirador" (see picture below); this pointed us to the handmade watchtower where we sat down and waited for the elephants coming to drink water during this very hot day. WHEN I first saw this sign, the name jumped out at me and became alive... MIRA reminded me of Mirabai, the Indian mystical poet and DOR , which means "longing" in Romanian. My dear friend Alice had been asking me lately why I did not have a local name like everyone else, and why I had not asked for one... so when I saw this name, I took to it instantly and told her this was my local name from then on: MIRADOR.

And SO it has been and IS...

I AM...

I am the great motion of life, the watcher...

the FORMLESSS ONE in this body making its way

through the endless crowds of other forms.

This cauldron of heat and turbulence

was simply created by the mind games

we've played... this hide-and-seek dramatic play

lost its sheen for me... I am STILL,

yet moving at incredible speed. I am

the scream of the emerald caged birds

in the market scene

on a quiet Saturday morning;

You can see me in the smile of the naked children

seeking expression of freedom

while leaping twice in the air

before getting ready to jump in

the wide mouth of the Niger river... I am the tree holding

an entire universe of bogo-bogo birds

in its arms after sunset

I am you... you are I

in this earthly mirror

hanging on the vast ceiling

of the ocean sky.

I wrote this poem after an evening trip to a village hidden in the middle of the millet fields. BEING present that moment, opening up to the SACREDNESS of ALL that was unfolding was a GIFT to me... now sharing it with you...

IN-JOY, IN-LIGHT, IN-VISION...Mirador

UNTITLED

In the shade of a baobab tree I rested my heart;

from the scorching heat I drew strength...

at the handmade well I watched the women

pulled at the goatskin bucket

pulling at their very breath of life.

the little children and goats splashed

a few drops of precious water

unto the orange sands...

Time forgot me there... where should

fear begin and end so that

we can all spread our wings like

wild birds and melt into the horizons?

The many beautiful faces of God

know the answer is hidden

in the deepest stillness.
